Description

We coach dentists on leadership, business, communication, and life. Our consulting services include but are not limited to training business systems, front office phone training and productive scheduling, treatment planning and presentation, shared treatment planning with the hygienist and dentist, financial discussion, and periodontal program for the hygiene department.

We take a comprehensive look at your practice and make recommendations on how to enhance it. Typically, we have seen at least a 20% increase in production along with a better flow in the office. Our ultimate goal is to help dentists provide the Exceptional Patient Experience through communication and trust.
